Late intros forever yeaaaah

Anyway, hi! I'm Märchen (Mami and Cocona), bringing in Oerba Dia Vanille, from Final Fantasy XIII! She's a cheery optimist who wants to be your friend! She also likes cute animals, accessorizing, and running away from her problems--

Well, she's gotten a bit better at that, by now.

In any case, Vanille is going to be from Chapter 11, before reaching Oerba, and is of the Sun arcana! With any luck, I'll get up a IC intro later this week.

Hello, Caligans! A few announcements and reminders regarding AC, a minor change to the application for fandom and original characters, and your new mods!

Activity Check: Reminder and Warning!

First of all, Activity Check ends tomorrow for the month of February. All characters not accepted in the month of March must reply or risk getting purged. Even if you don't have the required activity, please leave a comment and check in anyway. Players on hiatus aren't required to comment, though again, if you can, please do.

Below is a list of characters currently at risk of beign purged from the game due to not posting to the AC:

Place a comment HERE to avoid being purged, and also remember to reply to the mandatory HMD. As always, feel free to let us know if there is an error in this list as well.

A final list of soon-to-be-purged characters will be posted up following the Activity Check's close. Anyone who doesn't reply after a three day grace period will be purged, no exceptions, and will have to reapply if they want to return to the game.


A Change in The Application

As mentioned in the last mod post about the Velvet Room, we have altered the application page for fandom and original characters. The only change made was to the Major Arcana section of the app, and it states:

"If you choose the Fool arcana, please indicate whether you would like your character to also be a Wild Card. You may also provide a short explanation as to why you believe the ability fits the character."

New Mods!

Finally, please welcome Joh (Rei Hino, Junpei Iori, Eriko Kirishima, and Maya Amano-mun) and Phil (Equius Zahhak and Argilla-mun) to the mod team! Their contact info is now posted to the Mod Contact page.

We're excited to have two such passionate players on the mod team, and we thank everyone who submitted a mod application. As long as players like you who enjoy the game and wish to see it improve and succeed exist, I have a feeling it will be around for a long time to come.
